Ayo Kolawole
Chief Executive Officer
Ayo is the visioner and the Chief Executive Officer of Citizens MEMO. An alumnus of the University of Ilorin, an information technologist, entrepreneur, business administrator and founder of CardiNET Technologies Nigeria.
He is an experienced and innovative ICT Consultant specializing in Web Technology with more than 2 decades of impactful soft-tech industry experience in UI and UX development.
He served the Ondo State NYSC as Skill Acquisition Consultant on ICT for the first two years of the initiative by the Federal Government of Nigeria. Served as a web consultant for many institutions, religious organizations and universities. Ayo is an author and has published several online articles, featured in several live weekly educational TV programmes in Lagos, Nigeria. Ayo is also a farmer and a lover of nature. Making citizens smarter for better leadership and society is his new mission.
LaToya M. Black
Executive Director
Education and Human Resources
LaToya is the Director of Remote Education and Training, an educator who started her career at Benedict College, majored in Elementary Education. She was a member of AmeriCorps, a product of Benedict’s nationally recognized Service-Learning Department. AmeriCorps allowed her the opportunity to combine community development engagement with her love of working with children as a tutor.
She earned a Master of Science Degree in Integrating Technology into Curriculums and certification as an Elementary Principal and Administrator. Her Twenty year teaching career during which she has taught physically and as a virtual instructor, began at Richland County School District One moving to District Two.
LaToya has co-founded a girl’s mentoring program - Girls Excelling and Moving Towards Success, gained her Gifted and Talented Endorsement and has been awarded Teacher of the Year as well as Tech Savvy Teacher of the Year. Her future plans include moving beyond the classroom in hope to make a difference on a bigger stage.
Abimbola Faluyi
Executive Director
Administration and Projects
Faluyi is the Director of Administration and Project Development, a graduate of Banking and Finance, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration with specialization in Management. An Associate member of the International Association of the Retail Banking Academy of UK. Attended trainings on Fundamentals of Credit Analysis by IBFCAgusto, Business Development Service Providers training by SMEDAN in collaboration with Entrepreneurial Development Centre of Pan African University.
Faluyi has over eighteen years of experience in Retail Banking in Nigeria. He has been involved in the training and mentoring of over 300 professionals in both private and public sectors in Nigeria. He has organized trainings, workshops and summits, also collaborated with organizations in providing business development solutions to SMEs. Serves as a Faculty to Purple Plethora Consulting Firm.
He usually goes beyond his normal activities to explore new opportunities and aim towards progressive developmental growth.
Musa M. Idris

ICT and Web Technology
Musa Idris is the Director of ICT and Web Infrastructure, a graduate of Mathematics and Computer Science from the Federal University of Technology, Minna, Nigeria. While in the University, he was an integral part of the team assigned to virtually capture and tag all physical assets in WHO states and Federal Capital in Nigeria.
He is a programmer and business systems analyst with Ten years’ experience in developing and nurturing business start-ups within uniquely challenging environments.
He started his first role as an Inventory database manager for the World Health Organisation (WHO) in the F.C.T Abuja and presently Product Manager at Altrasav - a Teleconferencing and Tech solutions company in Abuja, Nigeria.
Wole Akinseloyin
Executive Director
Research and Content Development
Wole is the Director of Content and Research for CitiMEMO. He is an alumnus of the University of Ilorin. Wole is a Canada Certified Health and Safety Consultant, OHSAS 18001 Lead Auditor, ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, attended trainings and conferences in South Africa, US and Canada.
He worked with EBM systems on a project in Shell Petroleum Development Company as a Safety Officer where he birth his career in occupational health and safety in Nigeria. He later worked with Drs Du Buisson & Partners now Ampath Pathology in Pretoria, South Africa later founded Intaba Trading cc in Pretoria.
He moved to become the Regional Safety Advisor/Trainer for CAT Rental Store (Arm of CAT) covering Northern part of BC and Alberta provinces of Canada and later worked as Manager Safety and Training for British Columbia. Wole has a Diploma in Canadian Immigration Consultancy at Asthon College in Vancouver, Canada and the founder of Plumville International, specializing in immigration and study abroad, in Lagos Nigeria. A widely travelled, fact digger, writer and commentator on national and international issues.
